1. Scope of Services

All services are agreed upon in writing and may include:

• Visual identity design

• UI/UX design

• Web development

• Design consultation

• Other creative services as requested

2. Project Execution

The client provides all necessary information, materials, and feedback on time. Delays in client response may extend project timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may incur reminder fees. All prices are in Euro and may include VAT where applicable.

4. Usage Rights

Final designs are transferred with non-exclusive, non-transferable usage rights after full payment is received.

The designer retains the right to display work in portfolios and on social media unless agreed otherwise.

5. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise specified. Additional changes are billed separately.

6. Liability

LeoS is not liable for:

• Client-provided content

• Legal violations (e.g., copyright) caused by third-party input

• Downtime or technical issues caused by third-party providers

7. Cancellation

If a project is canceled, completed work is billed proportionally. Usage rights remain with the designer until full payment.

8. Jurisdiction

The place of performance and legal jurisdiction is Heidelberg, Germany, unless agreed otherwise.
